Brandy and Candace, the hygienist, went above and beyond to make my boys feel comfortable! Candace was so patient with my oldest (4 year old). While Brandi cleaned my youngest (22 month old) teeth while he on the floor because that was the only place he felt comfortable. Very very clean and friendly environment! Highly recommend! Dr. Nickel was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt everyone took their time with us, and made this the best experience it could be! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, this is probably the best in Vero. We even got to meet Sam-O!

I have been meaning to write a review for months now about how wonderful this doctor and staff is! A few months ago, my not- quite-2 year old son, had an accident and hit his front tooth which turned into an emergency and needed to be seen after hours. I have worked in the dental field for almost 10 years, several in pediatrics, so I fortunately knew what I was looking at and the severity of our situation. I called in a panic and Dr. Nickel himself answered and met me and my son right away at the office. His assistant, Candace came back to the office, I'm sure they were both ready to go home, but they put my son's needs above their own, took their time, and made the whole process as smooth as it could have gone. They called the following day to check up on my son too! Highly recommend this practice!

Amazing practice! All kid oriented! My 10 year old is in love with the phenomenal salt water fish tank. The Dr. was friendly, informative, & wonderful with my dtr (who has awful anxiety at any dentist office). Staff was warm & engaging. I took my 11 year old to this office for a dental emergency. We had never been here before but they fit him in that day, and quickly. From the initial phone call with the receptionist, our experience only heightened with gratitude. After being so kindly greeted and checked in, the hygenist then greeted us, just as nicely, and proceeded with x-rays and a cleaning. As if that weren't enough, Dr. Nickel was just as nice. He explained everything perfectly and has my son on the road to recovery. The compassion and knowledge this staff exhibited can't be matched! When my son and I got in the car to leave, he said, Mom- I only wanna go there from now on. I had a bad tripand fall resulting in one front tooth at a 45* angle. Dr A Nickel was able to wire the tooth in place. He was concerned with my total being, even giving me a mouth rinse for the cut inside my lip. He was so reassuring that these trip and falls do happen. He was technically perfect and extremely gentle in his touch. I am so grateful he stayed late in the day to administer my emergency. He’s a great dentist and a compassionate human being who delivers real health care!!! I highly recommend Dr A Nickel.
