What a great experience!! From the moment we walked in for my son’s first dental appointment we were treated so nicely and the setup they have for the little kids is so great. We are cavity free and will be back in 6 months!! Thank you to the whole staff!!

Wow. I could have not asked for a better first experience for my daughter to have at a dentist! They talked my daughter and I through every step of the way and rewarded her with a toy and goodie bag! Very informative and cared very much about creating a proper routine for her!

Dr. Nickel is phenomenal. He takes the time to clearly explain his plan of care and always makes sure all of my girls’ needs are addressed. His office does an amazing job of getting us in quickly whenever we need an appointment. My girls genuinely love coming here, which says a lot! Even during the brief time they didn’t accept our insurance, I was more than willing to pay out of pocket just to continue seeing him. That speaks volumes about the level of care we receive. Bravo!

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. One thing that stood out is the care & patience they showed towards my 12 year old autistic daughter. I’ve taken her to 2 other dentists in the area & had the most terrible experiences. The dental hygienist explained each step to her with such grace & care. The entire staff was pleasant & sweet! I highly recommend Nickel Pediatric Dentistry!

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Nickel Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

I was really nervous about my 9-year-old son needing four baby teeth pulled, so I asked if I could speak with the doctor beforehand. The receptionist immediately got up, brought the doctor out, and put us in a private room to talk. That meant a lot. He took his time, answered all my questions, and reassured me that they would go at Karson’s pace and stop if needed to make him feel comfortable.

When we were brought back, the dental assistant was absolutely amazing—so kind and welcoming. Karson was smiling from ear to ear! He got to pick a movie, sat right down, and they began the procedure. Not once did he cry or seem scared. The team was so gentle and comforting the entire time.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who truly cares about both the child and the parent, I highly recommend them!

Brought my son to Dr. Zoey Orthodontics to get his braces put on and they suggested my son get four teeth extracted to make room for his adult teeth to come through. We went right over the Dr. Nickel and scheduled an appointment for this. Bringing my nine year old in I was nervous that he wasn't going to respond to this well. I was completely wrong- the entire process was as pleasant as this situation could be. My son didn't even make a peep and the extractions were done swiftly! I would highly recommend this dental office for any of the kiddos! Thank you!

We had such an amazing experience at Nickel Pediatric Dentistry in Vero Beach! From the moment we walked in, the office was clean, modern, and incredibly welcoming. The calming atmosphere (and the beautiful aquarium!) immediately put both me and my child at ease.

The staff was kind, patient, and very attentive—especially with my little one. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was comforting and age-appropriate, which made a huge difference. You can tell they truly specialize in working with children and know how to make the experience positive and stress-free.

The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable (which says a lot for a dental appointment!). My child left happy and relaxed, which is the biggest win.

After trying multiple dentists for my son who was traumatized by his first dentist, it was a breath of fresh air becoming a patient at Dr Nickels practice. First of all, the facility is quite possibly the coolest of all dentists in IRC. Kids are able to watch tv above their heads with headphones while they get their cleanings and procedures done. This is SO helpful! All the staff are patient, kind and understanding, and don’t get flustered when your kid is squirmy or difficult. They explain things really well, and provide you with resources to help you at home. The office is INCREDIBLY clean as well, even the little waiting area where the kids can play on iPads. Overall very happy we found Dr. Nickel and his staff!

He gave us practical, actionable tips on brushing, diet, and what to watch for as our son grows—stuff you can actually use, not generic advice.

What stood out most was how much time he spent with us. He answered every question we had, even the small ones, and made sure we left feeling confident about our son’s dental health moving forward.

It’s so heart warming to see their faces light up from the minute they walk in the door, being greeted by the staff, watching the fish, and getting kisses from Samo!!! I was blown away by this office this morning during our first visit. The staff was so friendly and patient with my 3 and 5 year olds. We absolutely love Dr. Nickel's pediatric dental office! From the warm and welcoming front desk to the amazing dental staff and Dr. Nickel, everyone is so kind and patient with the kids. The TVs on the ceiling, treasure buckets, and fun fish tanks make each visit feel exciting instead of scary. They truly go above and beyond to create a positive, stress-free experience. It’s such a wonderful place for kids and makes every visit something they actually look forward to!
